I have completed my Masters of Business Administration with specialization in Human Resources from Iqra University Karachi, Pakistan. Prior to this, I have successfully completed Masters in Economics from University of Karachi, and have also attained Certificate for Human Resource Management from a community institution, which has certainly developed my knowledge and skills to become a Human Resource Professional.
In addition to my academic qualifications, I am currently working at Aga Khan University, Karachi, Pakistan as a Human Resource Associate. In the current position, although I am a recruitment person but in addition to that, I am rigorously engaged in performing HR functions e.g. Benefits, Compensation etc. for different departments/ divisions. During my experience at AKU, I have been involved in senior faculty/ staff searchers and have been part of several departmental projects which I have mentioned in my resume.
The above mentioned academic background and relevant experience in HR have developed in me a comprehensive understanding of dealing with clients, facilitating their needs and creating a win-win situation for both clients and the organization. It is for this reason that I consider myself a strong candidate for the position applied.
